This is a coastal Maine wedding at its finest. Abby & Peter's day at Linekin Bay Resort was the epiotme of why I love the amazing state of Maine, and why I love photographing awesome couples like Abby & Peter. This couple is one of a kind, they're super laid back, and had one main goal for their special day; to celebrate while being surrounded by the people they love the most. The picturesque coast of Maine never disappoints, especially on the beautiful September day we were treated to. Abby & Peter got ready in neighboring cabins on the resort, before Peter & his groomsmen headed off on a boat to the ceremony. Safe to say they arrived in style and to the surprise of all their guests; they watched a small boat break through the Maine fog in the distance with some familiar faces on board. Abby & Peter's ceremony was perfect, the vows were spoken right as the fog rolled in, honestly it felt like we were all in a dream :). After these two tied the knot, we explored the resort a bit for some formal photos & a couples session, then headed off for a night of partying! Abby & Peter's reception was unique in many ways. These two own a turntable company, and are avid lovers of music. Each table was named after a specific musical artist, with their vinal album placed on the table! The dancefloor was packed with both Peter himself and his groomsmen switching off DJing for the night. The music selection was honestly hands-down the best I've ever heard in the 80+ weddings I've been to. Late into the night the three of us managed to head down to the dock for a couple nighttime photos, marking an end to an incredible day. Huge thank you to John for second shooting throughout the day.
